Termination of Access

If payment is made by PayPal, the User Agreement for the PayPal Service will govern your use of that service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a PayPal member. For customers in China, CTMotor.com, CTMotorShop.com, CTMotorFairing.com may offer the option to pay by direct deposit to specified bank accounts of CTMotor.com, CTMotorShop.com, CTMotorFairing.com or by cash on delivery (COD). If either of these options is available, a description will be included in payment page. Any fees payable in connection with direct deposit or COD, including any fees payable by CTMotor.com, CTMotorShop.com, CTMotorFairing.com's bank, must be paid by customers.

CTMotor.com, CTMotorShop.com, CTMotorFairing.com does not accept any other payment methods unless expressly set forth on the Site. Taxes

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your purchases, including, but not limited to, sales, use or value-added taxes.
